What you will do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing and new industry partnerships.
  • Execute telesales operations to acquire new broker clients and expand the property database.
  • Support the onboarding process for new partners and clients to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Maintain healthy, long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and liaison.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new business processes and projects.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales or telesales.
  • Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Demonstrated strength in sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Highly organized with a structured approach to daily tasks.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy, collaborative team environment.
