What you will do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing and new industry partnerships.
- Execute telesales operations to acquire new broker clients and expand the property database.
- Support the onboarding process for new partners and clients to ensure a smooth transition.
- Maintain healthy, long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and liaison.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new business processes and projects.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales or telesales.
- Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Demonstrated strength in sales and negotiation techniques.
- Highly organized with a structured approach to daily tasks.
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, collaborative team environment.
