What you will do

  • Identify and acquire new corporate business opportunities within targeted Philippine industries and sectors.
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for key accounts, coordinating with Operations, Customer Success, and Technical Support.
  • Develop strategic account plans aligned with client business goals and company objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients to ensure prompt resolution of needs and concerns.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client usage patterns and business needs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular reports on account growth and revenue forecasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in key account management, corporate sales, or client success roles within B2B environments.
  • Proven track record in new account acquisition and managing high-value clients.
  • Knowledge of platform-based services and connectivity solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple strategic accounts and complex projects simultaneously.
