What you will do

  • Curate, manage, and publish the Weekly Revenue Enablement Newsletter, translating complex updates into actionable messaging.
  • Design, build, and maintain enablement landing pages using Microsoft SharePoint and Letter.ai for global sales teams.
  • Coordinate logistics and scheduling for global live learning sessions and onboarding across various time zones.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions and support speaker preparation and session flow.
  • Execute enablement initiatives by managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
  • Track engagement metrics for newsletters and landing pages to optimize content strategy.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Communications, Marketing, or L&D within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for simplifying complex technical topics.
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Letter.ai, or similar LMS and collaboration platforms.
  • Proficiency in content creation and visual storytelling using PowerPoint and structured writing.
  • Proven organizational and project management capabilities in a fast-paced global environment.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of sales team workflows and enablement environments.
  • Knowledge of SaaS products and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Experience facilitating training sessions or supporting onboarding.
  • Familiarity with enablement tools like Gong and reporting analytics.
