What you will do

  • Drive the acquisition of new broker and agency accounts to meet revenue targets.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Business Development Associates.
  • Implement sales playbooks and prospecting frameworks to ensure consistent outreach.
  • Monitor daily sales KPIs including lead volume, touchpoints, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation campaigns.
  • Present weekly sales reports on acquisition funnel metrics and team performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales with a focus on business development, telesales, and people management.
  • Proven success in a quota-carrying role, preferably in real estate, classifieds, or property technology.
  • Strong coaching and training skills to improve team performance.
  • Excellent presentation, pitching, and negotiation abilities.
  • Organized and structured approach with the ability to recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Makati City, Philippines.
