What you will do
- Drive the acquisition of new broker and agency accounts to meet revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Business Development Associates.
- Implement sales playbooks and prospecting frameworks to ensure consistent outreach.
- Monitor daily sales KPIs including lead volume, touchpoints, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Present weekly sales reports on acquisition funnel metrics and team performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales with a focus on business development, telesales, and people management.
- Proven success in a quota-carrying role, preferably in real estate, classifieds, or property technology.
- Strong coaching and training skills to improve team performance.
- Excellent presentation, pitching, and negotiation abilities.
- Organized and structured approach with the ability to recommend data-driven solutions.
- Must be based in or able to work from Makati City, Philippines.
