TL;DR

Location: Tokyo, Japan (Remote/Hybrid). Visa sponsorship is NOT available.

What you will do

  • Manage full sales cycles to help potential customers evaluate the product and close revenue.
  • Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and product demos for business and technical audiences.
  • Qualify prospective accounts to build and maintain an up-to-date pipeline.
  • Negotiate opportunity terms, discounts, and implementation details.
  • Forecast opportunities in Salesforce to hit or exceed monthly quotas in a defined territory.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS software.
  • Native Japanese speaker.
  • Business-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Consistent history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Must have the right to work in Japan (no visa sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

  • Experience selling IT Operations software or similar solutions.
  • Experience working with Channel Partners, such as distributors and resellers.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree.
