What you will do

• Manage business alignment for TSMC accounts by identifying and closing gaps between customer needs and HMI offerings.
• Develop and maintain high-level customer relationships to ensure hirify.global remains the preferred vendor.
• Coordinate communication between customer stakeholders (Engineering, Purchasing, R&D, Management) and internal hirify.global teams.
• Develop and implement global account business strategies, goals, and success metrics.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for HMI inspection and metrology products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Physics (Master's preferred).
• Knowledge of eBeam inspection or semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across multiple functional departments.
• Strong presentation skills for interacting with executives and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
