What you will do

• Lead real estate investment transactions across Japan from sourcing and underwriting through due diligence, negotiation, execution, and disposition.
• Manage deal teams, external advisors, operating partners, and transaction workflows.
• Collaborate with internal asset management, legal, compliance, tax, and finance teams during and after acquisitions.
• Present investment materials to internal and external stakeholders, including Investment Committees and fund limited partners.
• Build and develop relationships with operating partners and brokers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
• Proficiency to advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Ability to analyze, evaluate, form independent judgments, and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work effectively with senior management and global stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
