What you will do

• Lead all aspects of investment transactions, from sourcing and underwriting to negotiating documentation and execution.
• Manage deal teams consisting of associates and analysts, alongside external advisors and operating partners.
• Collaborate with internal asset management, legal, compliance, tax, and finance teams.
• Present investment strategies and results to the Investment Committee and fund LPs.
• Build and develop relationships with brokers and operating partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Native level Japanese language skills.
• Business level English language skills.
• Minimum 3+ years of prior work experience in a relevant investment field.
• Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
