2-Year Associate, Global Credit Management

Location: New York, NY, United States

Salary: $150,000 base salary, plus potential annual discretionary incentive compensation

What you will do

• Support organic and inorganic strategic growth initiatives across the Global Credit platform.
• Develop products, evaluate strategic transactions, and support strategic partnerships.
• Conduct market, financial, portfolio, and valuation analysis for investment and strategic decisions.
• Assist with transaction execution and product launches, including due diligence, document preparation, and financial modeling.
• Support portfolio construction, asset selection, liquidity and liability management, and position monitoring with portfolio managers.
• Prepare portfolio review materials for the fund’s Board and management and contribute to investor relations and business development projects.

Requirements

• New York, NY location.
• At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in investment banking, corporate development, strategy, or a related field.
• Exposure to transactions, financial analysis, portfolio or valuation work, and due diligence.
• Advanced financial modeling capability and the ability to interpret financial metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and across organizational levels.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
