Early Career Intern - Real Estate (Equity & Credit)

Location: San Francisco, California; must work in the hirify.global San Francisco office at least four full days per week. Applicants must be permanently authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Gain exposure to real estate credit and equity businesses, multiple asset classes, and investment strategies.
• Support commercial real estate deals and transactions alongside investment professionals.
• Prepare and update property- and portfolio-level financial models in Excel and Argus, including sensitivity analysis.
• Prepare written analyses and evaluations of prospective investment opportunities.
• Participate in client meetings, contract and agreement negotiations, due diligence meetings, and real-world case studies.
• Complete an end-of-summer capstone project.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program as a rising junior graduating by summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, technical, organizational, leadership, initiative, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work in the San Francisco office at least four days per week.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S.; employment-based immigration sponsorship, OPT, CPT, and related immigration assistance are not available.

Nice to have

• Academic focus in real estate, finance, accounting, mathematics, statistics, economics, or business.
• Curiosity about finance, economics, and capital markets.
• Previous internship experience in real estate investment management.
• Familiarity with Argus Enterprise.
