Early Career Intern - Real Estate (Equity & Credit)

Location: New York, New York; must work in the hirify.global New York office at least four full days per week.

What you will do

• Gain exposure to real estate credit and equity businesses, asset classes, and investment strategies.
• Support commercial real estate deals, transactions, client meetings, contract negotiations, and due diligence.
• Prepare and update property- and portfolio-level financial models in Excel and Argus, including sensitivity analysis.
• Prepare written analyses and evaluations of prospective investment opportunities.
• Complete real-world case studies and lead an end-of-summer capstone project.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program as a rising junior graduating by summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, technical, organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be authorized to work permanently in the United States; employment-based immigration sponsorship, OPT, and CPT support are not available.
• Must be able to work in the New York office; relocation and housing are not included.

Nice to have

• Academic background or demonstrated interest in real estate, finance, accounting, mathematics, statistics, economics, or business.
• Prior real estate investment management internship experience.
• Familiarity with Argus Enterprise.
