TL;DR
Manager, IT Systems (SaaS/AI): Leading a team of integration and automation engineers to eliminate operational friction and scale internal platforms with an accent on technical roadmapping and standard-setting. Focus on designing scalable automation frameworks, managing SaaS integrations, and developing a high-performing engineering team.
Location: Must be based in Canada (excluding Quebec). Hybrid work expected for those near Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto (min. 2 days/week in office).
Salary: $151,600 – $227,200 CAD

What you will do
- Drive the technical roadmap for IT systems integrations and automation to reduce manual work and operational risk.
- Partner with organizational departments to identify bottlenecks and translate them into well-scoped projects.
- Establish and maintain technical standards for code quality, GitOps, Infrastructure-as-Code, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Act as the primary escalation point and technical advisor for complex SaaS and custom-built integrations.
- Manage vendor relationships, including procurement, security reviews, and contract renewals.
- Hire, coach, and develop a team of integrations and automation engineers.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading a team of systems, platform, or integration engineers in a technical management role.
- Hands-on background in IT systems engineering, automation pipelines, and SaaS administration.
- Practical knowledge of iPaaS (Workato, Okta Workflows), Terraform, AWS, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Buildkite).
- Experience managing MDM platforms (FleetDM, Kandji, InTune) and core SaaS (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack).
- Proficiency with API standards (REST, GraphQL) and authentication mechanisms.
- Must be based in Canada (excluding Quebec).
