Salary: $160,000 – $210,000

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Enablement Business Partners to ensure high-impact delivery aligned with regional and global priorities.
• Act as a strategic partner to SE leadership to diagnose skill gaps and implement targeted interventions.
• Establish frameworks for identifying and addressing field capability gaps using data signals like Gong and Salesforce.
• Oversee the design and execution of activation experiences including hands-on labs and AI-driven learning.
• Set standards for content quality and governance, ensuring responsible use of AI-generated assets.
• Scale successful local enablement initiatives across regions by operationalizing best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, specifically in solution engineering, technical sales, or enablement.
• 3+ years of people management experience in coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong technical foundation in databases (OLAP/OLTP), SQL, and Python.
• Proven ability to design and scale enablement programs through influence and executive sponsorship.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
