What you will do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets across the NSW region.
- Manage existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities in universities, research institutes, and pharmaceutical organisations.
- Promote the Life Science product range, including washers, sterilisers (Lab, Research, and GMP-grade), and consumables.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and European factory teams to translate user requirements into tailored equipment solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline opportunities within Salesforce CRM.
- Partner with Customer Service, Operations, and Marketing to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience within the Life Sciences, Laboratory, or Pharmaceutical industries.
- Proven track record in capital equipment sales or a related technical field.
- Strong technical aptitude to learn detailed product functionality regarding sterilisation and validation processes.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders from lab technicians to procurement managers.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and maintain high attention to detail.
- Must be based in Sydney, NSW for this field-based position.
