What you will do

• Manage Six Sigma project portfolios to achieve measurable business process improvements across the organization.
• Apply DMAIC-based approaches and lead cross-functional deep-dive workshops for high-priority initiatives.
• Lead postmortem (lessons learned) activities for critical escalations and field issues.
• Analyze study findings to drive decisions regarding quality, efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide Yellow Belt and Green Belt training to potential candidates within the business.
• Drive sustainable organizational change through collaboration and the establishment of new procedures.

Requirements

• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification with 5+ years of experience leading Six Sigma projects.
• Proficiency in statistical techniques, flow charting, and business analysis within the technology industry.
• Expertise in statistical software such as Minitab, SAS, Stata, or R.
• Proficiency in Machine Learning techniques and their application to quality-related projects.
• Experience in engineering, supply chain, or customer success environments, including outsourced supply chain work.
• Ability to influence senior executives and collaborate with globally distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python for extracting and manipulating data sets.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Master's Degree.
• Experience with other continuous improvement methodologies like Kaizen or Lean.
