What you will do
- Manage Six Sigma project portfolios to achieve measurable business process improvements across the organization.
- Apply DMAIC-based approaches and lead cross-functional deep-dive workshops for high-priority initiatives.
- Lead postmortem (lessons learned) activities for critical escalations and field issues.
- Analyze study findings to drive decisions regarding quality, efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide Yellow Belt and Green Belt training to potential candidates within the business.
- Drive sustainable organizational change through collaboration and the establishment of new procedures.
Requirements
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification with 5+ years of experience leading Six Sigma projects.
- Proficiency in statistical techniques, flow charting, and business analysis within the technology industry.
- Expertise in statistical software such as Minitab, SAS, Stata, or R.
- Proficiency in Machine Learning techniques and their application to quality-related projects.
- Experience in engineering, supply chain, or customer success environments, including outsourced supply chain work.
- Ability to influence senior executives and collaborate with globally distributed teams.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Python for extracting and manipulating data sets.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Master's Degree.
- Experience with other continuous improvement methodologies like Kaizen or Lean.
