What you will do

• Lead facilitation, training, and methodology development for process re-engineering across all project phases.
• Apply process improvement principles to conduct modernization projects for logistics and financial systems.
• Perform activity and data modeling to identify best practices and operational efficiencies.
• Integrate new processes with existing workflows and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Create and assess performance measurements to track the success of modernization efforts.
• Develop business presentations and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Seven years of relevant business process re-engineering experience.
• Must possess an IT-II security clearance or current NACLC.
• IAM Level III certification required.
• First-hand knowledge of DoD policies, business rules, and data standards.
• Experience with EDI/XML electronic data exchange in a logistics or finance context.
