What you will do

• Define and execute a lhirify.globalg-term visihirify.global for business processes, workflows, and digital capabilities.
• Lead the business architecture team in mapping, scaling, and structuring organizatihirify.globalal capabilities.
• Partner with the Technology team to design and align advanced business capabilities with strategic goals.
• Act as the primary business owner for the Idea-to-Product domain, making critical trade-off decisihirify.globals.
• Manage high-level interactihirify.globals and serve as a strategic sparring partner for the Senior Leadership Team.
• Coordinate training programs to drive tool adoptihirify.global and operatihirify.globalal excellence across cross-functihirify.globalal teams.

Requirements

• hirify.globalg>10+ years of experiencehirify.globalg> in business process management, digital transformatihirify.global, or operatihirify.globalal excellence.
• Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams (5+ direct reports preferred).
• Deep understanding of the product development value chain (Idea-to-Product) within Apparel, Accessories, or Footwear.
• Strhirify.globalg technical affinity with a data-informed mindset for evaluating AI opportunities.
• Exceptihirify.globalal communicatihirify.global skills with experience influencing C-suite and Senior Leadership.
• Degree or deep knowledge in Business Administratihirify.global, Engineering, or Operatihirify.globals Management.
