What you will do
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of operational performance reporting across the region.
- Develop business insights by analyzing operational performance, pipeline health, win rates, and key metrics.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline business processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Drive automation initiatives using Power BI, Vega AI, and other digital tools to reduce manual effort.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and IT to align on business priorities and process optimization.
- Measure and report the business impact of improvement initiatives through defined KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 5 years of experience in business analytics, engineering, or consulting.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and business transformation programs.
- Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar structured problem-solving approaches.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience working within a regional or global shared services environment.
