Salary: $115K – $165K

What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document functional specs, and design Salesforce solutions.
- Configure and customize Sales Cloud features including Sales Management, Campaigns, Lead Conversion, Forecasting, and Territory Management.
- Implement Experience Cloud portals, templates, and features like Experience Builder, Customer Service, and Self-Service Portals.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or Marketo for end-to-end configurations and AppExchange products like DocuSign or Conga.
- Identify integration needs with ERPs like NetSuite using MuleSoft or Boomi, and prepare architecture diagrams and runbooks.
- Conduct user training and create documentation for seamless adoption.
Requirements
- 6+ years in Salesforce with strong Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and multiple end-to-end implementations
- Hands-on CPQ and Quote to Cash process experience
- Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or Marketo experience
- Strong Apex, LWC, flows, and automation knowledge
- DevOps, SSO, NetSuite/ERP integrations with REST/SOAP and MuleSoft/Boomi
- Agentforce knowledge and excellent communication skills
