Salary: $120,588 - $150,000

What you will do

• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions for program operations, case management, and benefits administration.
• Develop high-quality Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, and complex flows.
• Implement secure integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Configure and extend Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) to support program-specific workflows.
• Mentor fellow engineers, foster collaboration, and align technical execution with business objectives.
• Contribute to DevOps processes, including Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce development, engineering, or solution architecture experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS), Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of Git-based source control and modern CI/CD practices.
• Must be based in one of the 16 licensed US states.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA.
• Experience with government, labor, healthcare, or benefits administration programs.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms.
• Experience leading technical workstreams in large-scale digital transformation programs.
