TL;DR

Salesforce Administrator (Business Systems): Managing and scaling Salesforce solutions to support commercial enablement and marketing strategies with an accent on Agentforce configuration, pipeline efficiency, and data quality. Focus on driving platform adoption, optimizing Quote to Cash journeys, and collaborating with stakeholders to align technical strategy with business outcomes.

Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid role)

What you will do

  • Oversee all administrative functions within Salesforce, including access management for joiners, movers, and leavers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline pipeline efficiency and improve forecasting through automation and flows.
  • Implement best practices for lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting.
  • Maintain and scale Quote to Cash journeys within Agentforce Revenue Management.
  • Partner with marketing teams to align Salesforce capabilities with marketing strategies, including journey orchestration and data activation.
  • Monitor platform performance, ensure data quality, and conduct end-user training to maximize adoption.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Sales Cloud Consultant.
  • Proficiency in Agentforce configuration, Einstein Activity Capture, and Conversational Insights.
  • Experience working with Marketing Cloud or Account Engagement (Pardot).
  • Experience with Agentforce Revenue Management or similar billing applications.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist and Data 360 Consultant.
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado.
  • Experience with Juro (Contract Generation) and Everstage (Commissions).
