What you will do

  • Ensure commercial ecosystem changes are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with architecture best practices.
  • Maintain Salesforce as the single source of commercial truth for the organization.
  • Support and stabilize integrations with critical GTM tools such as Clari, Apollo, and ZoomInfo.
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement system improvements.
  • Provide daily user support and guidance on scalable configuration and process optimization.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London, UK for a hybrid work schedule.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with expertise in Sales Cloud.
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (Flows, Lightning Experience, formula fields).
  • Experience with data management tools (Data Loader, Workbench) and deployment tools (Gearset).
  • Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly and collaborate with diverse teams.

Nice to have

  • Expertise in Service Cloud, Agentforce, CPQ, and Certinia.
  • Advanced certifications: ADM 211, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, or AI Specialist.
  • Experience with Prompt Builder.
