What you will do
- Maintain, configure, and enhance Salesforce instances, including user management and permissions.
- Create and update reports, dashboards, and custom fields to provide actionable business insights.
- Lead customization and implementation projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Provide training and technical support to ensure high user adoption and proficiency.
- Oversee data imports, exports, and deduplication to maintain high data integrity.
- Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and workflows using Salesforce automation.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong understanding of platform capabilities.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator).
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce Lightning, Flow, Tableau, CPQ, Ironclad, and Celigo.
- Experience leading and executing projects with GTM stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
