We are looking for a talented Salesforce Implementer to join our CRM team.

The role includes:
Implementing and customizing Salesforce processes based on business requirements.
Collaborating with all relevant stakeholders across the organization to optimize workflows and ensure alignment.
Managing permissions, providing user support and building reports and dashboards.
Participating in cross-organizational projects to enhance and expand system functionality.

Requirements:
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation (including Sales Cloud / Service Cloud).
Strong business and process understanding.
Experience with Flows, Validation Rules, and Reports.
Experience with APIs, integrations, and complementary tools.
B2 English.
