What you will do

• Lead and maintain strategic relationships with regulatory agencies across the United States.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulators and coordinate communication across all North America entities.
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of regulatory examinations to ensure readiness.
• Manage responses to regulatory inquiries and guide the quality assurance of submitted materials.
• Track and oversee the remediation of regulatory findings, ensuring central documentation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Legal, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and supervisory processes.
• Proven ability to engage effectively with regulatory agencies and senior stakeholders.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Ability to travel regionally.
