What you will do
- Lead and maintain strategic relationships with regulatory agencies across the United States.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulators and coordinate communication across all North America entities.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of regulatory examinations to ensure readiness.
- Manage responses to regulatory inquiries and guide the quality assurance of submitted materials.
- Track and oversee the remediation of regulatory findings, ensuring central documentation.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Legal, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations and supervisory processes.
- Proven ability to engage effectively with regulatory agencies and senior stakeholders.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship provided).
- Ability to travel regionally.
