Salary: $190,000–$210,000

What you will do

• Manage legal aspects of data acquisition, usage, and sharing, including drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
• Analyze existing data-related licenses and ensure compliance with evolving privacy laws.
• Develop and maintain an internal knowledge base for data-related contractual rights and obligations.
• Assist the vendor risk management team in reviewing data and privacy components of due diligence.
• Support the Chief Privacy Officer with internal and external privacy and data governance audits.
• Create and imhirify.global templates, playbooks, and documentation to support legal operations.

Requirements

• Must be admitted, active, and in good standing with a state bar in the US.
• Minimum five years of professional experience in an international company or law firm.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating data licensing agreements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a global, evolving environment.
• Demonstrated success working within a remote team structure.
• Strong passion for learning about products and markets through internal and external training.
