What you will do

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for interior renovations.
• Coordinate project documentation and facilitate reviews across all design phases (conceptual to construction).
• Manage the selection, contracting, and oversight of construction teams and consultants.
• Schedule work during off-hours and weekends to minimize disruption to bank branch operations.
• Track performance against KPIs and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, branch leadership, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in a role with direct project accountability.
