Salary: $96,900 – $154,700 (US) / C$104,700 – C$167,300 (Canada)

What you will do
- Maintain expertise in delivery tools and methodologies to ensure consistent project execution.
- Manage project resources with full P&L accountability to meet financial objectives.
- Align service delivery execution with annual Professional Services goals and metrics.
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
- Build and sustain customer relationships to support satisfaction and trust.
- Present and implement value propositions aligned to customer priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years of operational experience in telecommunications or related industries.
- At least 7 years in a Professional Services role managing medium to large-scale projects.
- 2+ years of experience leading field deployment teams in project execution.
- Proven experience leading teams or managing project managers, including coaching and performance oversight.
- PMP certification preferred; required within one year of hire.
Nice to have
- Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement training.
- Experience managing geographically distributed or cross-functional teams.
- Technical background in assessing complex project risks.
- Familiarity with ’s solutions and application in client environments.
