TL;DR
Project Developer (Energy): Delivering portable nuclear microreactors from contract award through reactor delivery with an accent on regulatory compliance, site permitting, and electrical interconnection. Location: Must work 100% onsite at El Segundo HQ. U.S. citizenship required (absolutely no exceptions).
Salary: $115K – $168K + Equity

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end delivery of reactors for government and commercial customers from contract award to deployment.
- Oversee the timely execution of regulatory, engineering, and siting deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contracting officers, project sponsors, and site leads.
- Architect and maintain integrated master schedules and cost baselines to align internal teams and subcontractors.
- Manage contract compliance, reporting requirements, and milestone billing.
- Identify and drive the resolution of programmatic risks and cross-functional dependencies.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in energy project development or project management.
- Experience managing programs involving complex capital equipment or large-scale industrial systems.
- Strong command of integrated master scheduling and project financial performance reporting.
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Must work 100% onsite at the El Segundo HQ.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with electric power infrastructure and power delivery services.
- Experience supporting U.S. government contracts and knowledge of FAR/DFARS compliance.
- Active DoD security clearance.
