What you will do

• Own the end-to-end project experience for school and district website and app implementations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and consultants.
• Provide consultative recommendations on website structure, content, and digital engagement best practices.
• Proactively identify risks and address roadblocks to ensure projects stay on track.
• Use project management tools to monitor KPIs, milestones, and progress updates.

Requirements

• Must be a permanent resident of the United States
• 3+ years of experience in project management or a related leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with varying budgets and timelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building trusted client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
• Understanding of website analytics and digital engagement best practices.
