What you will do

• Lead tactical execution of Navy partnership initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Develop Public-Public and Public-Private partnership agreements, MOUs, and term sheets.
• Coordinate inputs across legal, financial, real estate, and operational stakeholders.
• Facilitate recurring meetings, working groups, and stakeholder engagements.
• Maintain detailed project trackers, schedules, and communicate risks and dependencies.
• Produce high-quality deliverables including briefings, memos, and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) from an accredited university.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Baltimore, MD.
• Strong coordination and communication skills in a project-based environment.
• Excellent formal writing and time management skills.
• Experience with government, consulting, or infrastructure-related work (preferred).
