What you will do

  • Manage and mentor the local HR team to ensure high-quality execution of projects and daily operations.
  • Overhaul manual HR practices and build scalable, automated processes using Personio, Confluence, and Jira.
  • Align local processes with global frameworks, including career progression, skills matrices, and salary bands.
  • Ensure all SOPs and payroll processes comply strictly with local Indonesian employment law.
  • Guide department heads in performance reviews, team design, and workforce planning.
  • Develop an HR strategy and department objectives aligned with the company vision and business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in HR, talent management, and organizational design.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and working within global company structures.
  • Expert knowledge of Indonesian HR practices and employment law, including payroll and contracting.
  • Proficiency in HRIS tools and digital collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia language skills.
