TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Ontario (Ideally able to collaborate in person in the Toronto office twice a week)
Salary: 75,000–90,000 CAD plus bonus

What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and commercial roles across North America.
- Source high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, networking, events, and employee referrals.
- Partner with hiring managers and executives to define role requirements and recruiting strategies.
- Champion diversity and inclusion by implementing inclusive talent acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with the global recruiting team to enhance the employer brand and candidate journey.
- Optimize recruitment processes and ATS efficiency to improve the hiring engine.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience across agency and corporate environments.
- Proven experience hiring for technical roles.
- Experience working within fast-paced software companies.
- Ability to influence hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle.
- Proficiency with ATS tools (JobVite or Oracle Recruiting Cloud is a bonus).
- Must be based in or able to work from the Toronto office twice a week.

- Experience hiring for Go-To-Market functions such as sales and marketing.
