TL;DR
Recruiter (Fintech): Owning end-to-end hiring for Sales and GTM functions with an accent on market mapping, AI-driven research, and high-bar candidate calibration. Focus on building high-performance teams by identifying top-decile operators and executing strategic closing motions.
Location: Hybrid (New York, NY or San Francisco, CA). Relocation support available to NYC or SF.
Compensation: $142,600 – $245,000 base salary + Equity

What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM functions from sourcing to offer close.
- Utilize AI tools (Claude, etc.) and research to map markets and identify top performers.
- Partner with GTM leadership to define candidate profiles and translate hiring plans into teams.
- Execute personalized outbound outreach based on deep research and candidate-specific signals.
- Manage pipeline hygiene in Ashby and run strategic closing motions against competing offers.
- Contribute to process improvements, compensation benchmarking, and employer branding.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle GTM/Sales recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth startups.
- Proven track record of identifying and hiring top-performing talent.
- Fluency in using LLMs and AI tools for candidate research and outreach.
- Strong closing skills with experience winning candidates against top-tier competing offers.
- Proficiency with ATS (Ashby) and data literacy regarding funnel metrics.
- Must be based in or able to relocate to New York or San Francisco.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting AEs, Sales Managers, RevOps, or Sales Leadership in Fintech/SaaS.
- Ability to use Snowflake or SQL for pipeline data analysis.
- Familiarity with Gong, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Sales Navigator.
