Salary: 125,000 - 195,000 CAD

What you will do

• Translate enterprise and technology strategy into actionable domain-level roadmaps and OKRs.
• Lead end-to-end delivery for the mobile portfolio, ensuring velocity, quality, and alignment with standards.
• Mentor and develop managers, team leads, and senior engineers to foster a collaborative engineering culture.
• Manage portfolio budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure operational stability, security, and risk mitigation for all systems within the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Business partners to communicate status and manage dependencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles within delivery or engineering.
• Proven track record of delivering complex systems in fast-paced, continuous delivery environments.
• Strong expertise in delivery governance and agile practices.
• Must be based in or able to work in Toronto, Ontario.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or digital product development.
• Advanced degrees in a technical field.
