What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve complex network, hardware, and software issues escalated from first-line support.
• Report critical design flaws, reliability problems, and bugs to engineering teams.
• Perform installations, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) for client systems.
• Manage data backup and restore activities for specific accounts.
• Collaborate with regional infrastructure teams to ensure effective problem resolution.
• Provide technical training and support for customer installations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting large, complex aerospace or defense enterprise environments.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong understanding of enterprise network environments including LAN, WAN, firewalls, VPN, and wireless.
• Experience operating within regulated, multi-site, globally distributed environments.
• Relevant networking certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or JNCIP.
• Proven ability to navigate account-specific governance and stakeholder dynamics.

Nice to have

• Cisco certification.
• Experience with network automation and scripting.
