Senior Network Engineer (Client Facing)

What you will do

• Manage and troubleshoot network hardware including SD-WAN devices, MPLS routers, firewalls, and VPN concentrators.
• Administer network security systems such as firewalls, site-to-site VPNs, and reverse proxy gateways.
• Lead the resolution of complex network incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Execute network and security infrastructure migrations and software/firmware upgrades.
• Provide technical consulting to internal teams and external customers regarding architecture and standards.
• Collaborate with ISPs, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure high availability and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience required.
• 6+ years of experience in network or network security engineering.
• Expertise in client-facing environments and direct customer support.
• Advanced proficiency in firewall technologies (Palo Alto preferred) and SD-WAN platforms (Cisco or similar).
• Strong knowledge of IPsec VPNs and enterprise network environments.
• CCNP certification or equivalent industry standard required.
