What you will do

• Serve as the primary escalation resource for complex network incidents involving routing, switching, wireless, security, and SD-WAN.
• Diagnose connectivity, performance, and availability problems and perform thorough root cause analysis.
• Interface directly with client IT teams to provide status updates, resolution plans, and onboarding support.
• Collaborate with service desk analysts and senior engineers to ensure operational stability.
• Identify opportunities to optimize client environments and proactively flag potential risks.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise network infrastructures.
• Deep knowledge of BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs, and access control lists.
• Experience with Cisco ISE, Cisco SD-WAN/SD-Access, Palo Alto firewalls (Panorama/Prisma), and Cisco FMC/FTD.
• Ability to independently resolve technical issues in a high-tempo environment.
• Availability for second shift (4 PM–12 AM MST) is a strong plus.
