Regional Sales Manager I (Fintech)

Regional Sales Manager I (Fintech): Selling and promoting finance and insurance (F&I) products to dealerships to increase engagement and revenue with an accent on dealer relationship management and program penetration. Focus on executing F&I program goals and training partners on technical value propositions.

Location: Must be based within 60 miles of Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Oklahoma City, or Kansas City. Remote position with approximately 50% travel.

Salary: Base salary $70,000 – $80,000 + additional on-target earnings and corporate bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop professional relationships with dealership stakeholders to maximize engagement with financing programs and back-end products.
• Communicate rate sheet changes and program enhancements to drive dealer success.
• Build and execute F&I program goals and report on dealer performance metrics.
• Train OEM and dealer partners on the value proposition and technical features of the program.
• Perform monthly sales activities including dealer visits, phone calls, and emails.
• Attend OEM, dealer, and industry events as required.

Requirements

• Must reside within the assigned South Central Region of the US.
• 2+ years of outside sales experience.
• 3+ years of experience in the financing of consumer products.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Passport and travel throughout North America.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
