TL;DR

SDR Director (Digital Sales Development): Leading the SDR organization to drive pipeline across inbound and outbound channels with an accent on CCM and Financial Automation portfolios. Focus on optimizing inbound conversion, building a scalable outbound engine, and leveraging AI-supported strategies to enhance prospecting efficiency.

Location: Hybrid role based in Markham, ON, Canada or USA.

Salary: CAD 150,000 – CAD 170,000 yearly.

What you will do

  • Lead and develop SDR managers and frontline teams to drive pipeline generation.
  • Partner with Marketing to improve inbound conversion, speed-to-lead, and MQL-to-pipeline performance.
  • Build, scale, and refine a high-performing outbound engine across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
  • Implement KPI frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability in conversion and pipeline metrics.
  • Leverage AI-enabled capabilities and modern multi-channel outreach strategies to drive efficiency.
  • Align with Sales and Marketing leadership on territory strategy, ICP, and campaign execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B Sales Development with 3+ years leading SDR managers and teams.
  • Proven success in driving both inbound conversion and outbound pipeline generation.
  • Deep outbound expertise in segmentation, messaging, and multi-channel strategy.
  • Strong coaching, performance management, and talent development skills.
  • Technically savvy with experience in modern sales engagement tools like Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Analytical mindset with strong operational rigor.
