Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Act as the primary interface with Contracting Officers (CO/COR) and AOUSC leadership.
• Provide operational oversight for all SOC-related cybersecurity services, including triage, incident response, and forensics.
• Develop and execute critical program documentation, including the Program Management Plan (PMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and transition plans.
• Manage administrative, financial, and integration activities associated with BPA task execution.
• Ensure program compliance with NIST, ITIL v4, and Judiciary cybersecurity frameworks.
• Oversee contractor personnel performance, onboarding, and operational readiness.

Requirements

• Active Public Trust clearance is mandatory.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years within the cybersecurity industry.
• 3+ years of experience delivering cybersecurity services, specifically managing IR, forensics, and threat hunting.
• Active PMP certification is required.
• Experience with Splunk Enterprise Security, Microsoft Sentinel, Jira, and ServiceNow.
