Deputy Program Manager

TL;DR

Deputy Program Manager (Intelligence/Cybersecurity): Supporting the execution of multi-agency 24/7 cybersecurity event monitoring and threat analysis operations with an accent on personnel management, financial reporting, and contract deliverables. Focus on providing strategic leadership, managing integrated master schedules, and facilitating high-level government briefings.

Location: 100% on-site position in Reston, VA

What you will do

• Support the Program Manager in overseeing personnel, processes, and daily operations for cyber threat analysis.
• Manage contract financial reporting, timesheet approvals, and performance standards.
• Coordinate risk, schedule, and backlog assessment boards to inform leadership.
• Prepare and deliver strategic briefings and presentations to senior government stakeholders.
• Oversee the quality and scheduling of contract deliverables and innovation reports.
• Provide domain expertise to support the integration and defense of the IC Information Environment.

Requirements

• Clearance: Top Secret SCI with CI Polygraph eligibility required.
• Location: Must be based in Reston, VA (100% on-site).
• Bachelor’s degree and active PMP certification.
• 8+ years of management or project leadership experience within the Intelligence Community or DoD.
• Proven experience with government contract financial reporting and personnel supervision.
• Ability to brief senior government leadership effectively.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience.
• Active DoD 8570 IAT II certification (CompTIA CySA+, Security+).
• Established relationships with DIA and ODNI.
• Experience with CPARS and government contract deliverables.
