Program Manager, Product Security (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $115,000 - $165,000 CAD per year (Canada)

• Drive scheduling, scoping, and execution of Product Security projects to ensure timely roadmap delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with worldwide business units to coordinate goals and expectations.
• Lead Scrum meetings, track project status, and escalate critical issues through resolution.
• Coach and mentor project teams while guiding best practices in a collaborative environment.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives using automation and AI.
• Manage communication and status reporting cadences for leadership and executives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA or Canada.
• 5+ years of experience in program/project management for software development or IT security.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum/Project Management methodologies.
• Experience with large-scale cloud platforms and complex interdependent technologies.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions and presentations with engineers and executives.
• Ability to synthesize complex technical conversations into clear action items.
