Salary: $185,000 – $200,000 base plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Analyze SOC analyst workflows and bottlenecks to create a prioritized improvement agenda with clear milestones.
• Manage the identification, prioritization, and delivery of process and tooling improvements in coordination with SO&E Engineering.
• Develop reporting infrastructure to track queue health, MTTD/MTTR trends, and analyst utilization to drive operational decisions.
• Align with Support Operations to establish shared operational standards across different functions.
• Maintain high-quality SOC documentation to ensure a mature and auditable security operation.
• Lead the rollout and adoption of new tools, workflows, and training initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, business operations, or process improvement, ideally within a SOC or security environment.
• Strong ability to analyze complex workflows and translate findings into structured, prioritized requirements.
• Experience building operational reporting and dashboards using data to tell a coherent story.
• Familiarity with SOC operations, including ticketing systems, alert queues, and SLA tracking.
• Proven track record of collaborating with engineering or product teams to deliver operational improvements.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Active usage of AI tools in daily work and familiarity with agentic workflows in security operations.
