What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with merchant partners through training and regular updates on platform improvements.
• Conduct outreach to improve merchant health pillars, including imagery, menu quality, and operational performance.
• Analyze quality metrics and provide actionable feedback and improvement plans for underperforming merchants.
• Manage and update partner menus, visuals, and storefront content to align with brand standards.
• Coordinate photo/content shoots and support the development team during campaigns and launches.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Sales to enhance the overall merchant experience.

Requirements

• Around 1 year of experience in customer support, partner operations, or merchant services.
• Strong communication skills for engaging merchants via phone, email, and other channels.
• Ability to work with data to identify trends and prioritize outreach actions.
• Detail-oriented approach to managing multiple merchant accounts and tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent written and spoken English and local language required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with food delivery, grocery delivery, or marketplace platforms.
• Experience with CRM systems, merchant dashboards, or operational tools.
• Previous experience supporting growth initiatives or logistics coordination.
