TL;DR

AVP, Field Sales Manager (Fintech): Driving regional credit product adoption and store-level execution through strategic relationship management and sales leadership. Focus on developing in-store marketing programs, pitching to management, and ensuring compliance across a territory covering Miami, Palm Beach, and Puerto Rico.

Location: Must be based in South Florida, US. This is a hybrid role requiring regular travel and commuting to a local hub.

Salary: $75,000 – $130,000 USD Annual

What you will do

  • Drive application volume to meet or exceed regional credit goals.
  • Develop and implement in-store marketing and credit awareness programs.
  • Maintain key relationships with store, market, and regional client leadership.
  • Conduct on-going training and audit point-of-sale materials for compliance.
  • Compile and present program results to stakeholders.
  • Manage travel and marketing budgets effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in Financial Services.
  • Minimum 3 years of field or outside sales experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of Client Relationship Management experience.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

Nice to have

  • Private Label Sales and Marketing experience.
  • Strong finance business and industry acumen.
