Salary: $170,000 – $290,000 USD Annual

What you will do

• Define and execute the data and analytics platform product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end cloud data migration, including strategy, governance, and cutover planning.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of product engineers.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and drive platform optimization.
• Ensure platform reliability, data quality, and security compliance through rigorous testing and governance.
• Manage product financials, vendor relationships, and ROI-based investment decisions.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no visa sponsorship).
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of IT experience or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 6+ years of product management or related experience.
• Demonstrated experience in cloud data migration and infrastructure delivery.
• Strong understanding of DevOps and agile methodologies.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
