What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional team of software engineers, SDETs, and Product Owners to own the end-to-end user application experience.
• Partner with Product Management to define roadmaps and balance business outcomes with technical health and maintainability.
• Drive the delivery of new product lines and the migration from legacy platforms to new architectures.
• Implement AI acceleration by piloting and expanding tools to measurably improve engineer productivity.
• Mentor and grow engineers within an inclusive, psychologically safe team culture.
• Coordinate with shared services teams, including Platform and Security, to ensure seamless integration.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ years specifically managing engineers.
• Strong full-stack background with a combination of Java, Ruby, JavaScript, and React.
• Experience with microservice-based architectures deployed on AWS or GCP.
• Fluency in Agile delivery, preferably with scaled models such as SAFe.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI coding tools into production workflows.
• Must be based in the United States (indicated by 401k and US-specific legal/benefit markers).
