Salary: $260,000 - $320,000 (base plus bonus)

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a globally distributed organization of 40–50 engineers and managers across multiple time zones.
• Drive the large-scale migration of existing products to the next-generation Titan platform, managing V1-to-V2 transitions.
• Champion the transition to AI-first, agentic engineering practices, guiding the organization through practical AI adoption.
• Oversee data engineering and the modernization of Scala/Spark-based infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to build new features while ensuring the health and performance of the existing product suite.
• Manage the product engineering budget, resource allocation, and talent acquisition for a manager-of-managers organization.

Requirements

• 10–12 years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in senior leadership managing other managers.
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS and high-growth startup environments.
• Experience managing engineering organizations of 25+ people (minimum 3 direct-report managers).
• Demonstrated track record of leading large-scale platform or product migrations (V1-to-V2).
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted and agentic development practices.
• Must have US work authorization; the company does not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Experience with the product engineering stack (TypeScript, Node.js, React) or data engineering stack (Scala, Spark).
