• Lead internal communications, including orchestrating team newsletters and running weekly staff meetings.
• Streamline campaign and promo calendar programming to enhance cross-team collaboration.
• Develop high-impact strategic narratives and executive decks for leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Manage the data science partnership, prioritizing analytics and translating findings into actionable stories.
• Coordinate bi-annual offsites and facilitate information sharing across workstreams to foster transparency.

Requirements

• 10 years of relevant experience in program/project leadership, marketing operations, or Chief of Staff roles.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for crafting compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accountability.
• Comfort partnering with analytics teams and thinking critically about data findings.
• Proficiency in building executive-level presentations.
• Must be based in the Bay Area to work from the Cupertino office.
