TL;DR

Location: Must be based in San Francisco and work in the office 5 days a week

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 USD OTE

hirify.global is building an AI-powered agent infrastructure for enterprise revenue, creating an operating layer that replaces human bottlenecks in revenue organizations.

What you will do

  • Build and scale the field marketing program from the ground up, encompassing strategy, execution, and optimization.
  • Design and run high-impact in-person experiences, including executive dinners, roundtables, industry events, and customer meetups.
  • Partner with the CRO and Sales team to align programs with pipeline goals and territory strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venues, vendors, budgets, and onsite execution.
  • Launch regional campaigns to amplify brand presence and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Track and report ROI and pipeline influence to company leadership.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in field marketing, demand gen, or event marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling field marketing programs that directly increase revenue.
  • Expertise in project management and the ability to juggle multiple complex programs.
  • Experience influencing and partnering with senior sales leaders and executives.
  • Based in San Francisco and ready to be in the office 5 days a week.
